Another Adventure Monday
Our journey this Monday began across town, approaching the woods from the opposite side. During our adventure down paths less traveled by, we found Meditation Point - which is basically a clearing in the woods with a flat circular rock slab in the center. We each took turns posing on this thoughtful bit of stone. I wasn't into meditating on the rock, so I instead chose to give a speech to my friends which turned into a recitation of the Preamble to the Constitution. Amazing how my friend and I could have memorized that way back in elementary school and STILL remember it.
We chose to also go off the beaten path and ended up discovering some new trails. I have to say, it's much more adventurous to choose the Road less traveled by...
On another note, may I share a lovely verse that has blessed me recently? Psalm 9:10 "And they that know your name will put their trust in You: for you, LORD, have not forsaken them that seek ysou." If you are seeking after God, rest assured that He won't forget you, no matter if the skies are dark and foreboding, or if they a sunny and cloud-less. He may just be waiting for you to recognize a little more how much you need Him. If you are not seeking after God, why don't you start today? He's not an ogre or a demanding tyrant. I promise. And if my promise means little to you, go search God out for yourself and find out what He's like. Because He's promised to love you, and if He is a promise-keeping God, then it would be the greatest loss in the world for you to not know Him and be able to experience how He keeps His promises to you.

We did it!!!
Natalie and I in the line up with all of our ribbons/medallions ready to go receive our diploma! So excited to say I am NOW a college grad. :)
